The Assistant Audio Visual Manager is responsible for excellence in guest experience as related to AV needs and services. In partnership with Sales and Catering teams, this role will be accountable for revenue generation through execution of AV sales service strategies, quality service standards and execution of the business and operating plans. The Assistant AV Manager promotes Associate engagement, retention and development through effective and engaging leadership of AV Associates.
Experience | Experience supervising a team of 3 or more associates. |
Experience | A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in AV |
Experience | A minimum of 7 years experience working within a hotel/event environment |
Skill | Proficient using Microsoft Office Products |
Skill | Proficient with Delphi Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) |
