Working directly with Client Meeting Planners on a timely basis to coordinate and service conference and convention groups. This includes room blocks, monitoring attrition, catering events, assist with off site events such as golf tournaments, etc., and all other group requirements. This position is also responsible for up selling contracted food and beverage minimums and effectively communicating the client/groups needs to all hotel departments as they relate.
Experience | Prior experience as a catering or a convention services manager or assistant in an upscale full service hotel or hospitality industry environment |
