The Raleigh Room Manager coordinates the daily operations of the Raleigh Room and South Patio to ensure that the services exceed the expectations of guests. The Raleigh Room Manager manages the environment in the room (lighting, entertainment, lighting music, signage and room set-up), and monitors the productivity and qualitative work product for the bar and service staff. The Raleigh Manager will also be responsible for the recruiting, hiring, and training of all Raleigh and Raleigh Patio service staff.
