The Area Sales Representative will work autonomously to focus on developing new accounts and maintaining current accounts, both on and off premise, within the industry representing Coastal Cocktails. A high emphasis is placed on increasing the availability and visibility of products in new and existing accounts by using consultative sales tactics, as well as assisting client and wholesaler needs, and participating in marketing events to promote the portfolio.
Type - Qualification
Experience Knowledge and experience in sales and marketing within the distilled spirits industry and/or RTD preferred
Experience Understanding of the rules and regulations at the state and federal level for marketing and sales of distilled spirits products
Experience Knowledge of the process of distilled spirits production and Ready-To-Drink production
Experience 3+ years of proven results-oriented experience in outside sales or within the food & beverage industry
Skill An intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personality
Skill Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
Skill Ability to lift and move cases of product frequently and ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale frequently
Skill Ability to immerse consumers in the "born on the beach" origin of Coastal Cocktails through engaging storytelling, effectively creating an aspirational "beach mentality" and driving brand affinity
